This wasn't a classroom instruction weekend, this was actual in-shop work with guidance.  We were hands on pretty much right away, yet we had the help we needed right there when  adjustments.  The shop is also pretty awesome, again this isn't a classroom type environment, this is a full production shop, machinery and forges all seem to have some good history behind them.  Charles is very talented and passionate, it shows in his work and the shop itself that he built up from scratch.  At the end of the weekend I walked out with a nice knife and some great experience.
